How to cook rice

White Rice Preparation

Ingredients:
* Rice(long_grain/basmati/sona masoori)
* Water
* Salt
* Oil
How to prepare plain rice:

* Take 1 cup of rice and wash it two or three times.

* Put the rice into cooker/electric cooker and add water.

* If you prepare one cup of long_grain/sona masoori rice then add two cups of water.

* If you prepare one cup of basmati rice then add one and half(1 1/2)cups of water.

* Add 1/4 spoon of salt and one spoon of oil(optional) and mix it well.

* Wait for two whistle or in e-cooker wait till warm comes.

* Serve the hot rice with some side dish.

Tips: Once it's cooked don't open the cooker/e-cooker immediately,wait for 10 mins,Otherwise rice will be sticky.
